Welcome!

All, I have been having a great time connecting with old AND new friends!  Many have shared that they love following our adventures, so I decided I would blog this trip.  I would love to have you follow me, and comment, and all that other social media stuff:). This will be the best location to hear about the adventures that only happen to us.  You know, like the high speed car chase on Alligator Alley, that ended up with a guy in handcuffs and 4 cop cars on the side of the road.  (They blew past me so fast, it shook Eugene!)

COVID 19 & PA- How and Why to Stay Active, NOW!!!

We get it!!!  We are all stuck at home on some level of social distancing and isolation. We may be nervous, anxious, or even a little depressed at the state of our world.   While reading this post may not do anything to stem the tide of the Covid-19 Pandemic, it may help to keep your health and sanity during these trying times. St. Croix, USVI - FAQ's

 We are so happy to be here on St. Croix.                                                                                                      However, we are getting a lot of questions.  Here are answers! 1. St. Croix is part of the U.S.. It is in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The USVI includes St. Croix, St. John, & St. Thomas. The island is the Eastern Most point of the U.S., be sure to check out Point Udhal at sunrise. 2. You do NOT have to have a passport to visit the USVI.  (But if you don't have one, I would suggest getting on, the world is so big. Let's Explore!!) 3. Food - St. Croix has restaurants of all kinds. If you want to go dressy, we have that. Most restaurants are outdoors and beach casual. Plenty of vegetarian & vegan options are available. Check out the local Bush Tea , available at most restaurants. 4. Roads - We drive on the left side. If you rent a car, we suggest a Jeep or Small SUV.
