Hi!!!! I am Renee and I am an adventure traveler, yogi, diver, and sailor. I am excited to share the inspiration behind our first combination retreat. If you know us, you know that we live to travel! Where in the World Are . . . Megan & Renee? - Rule 1

Remember that Today Show Series?   Several people mentioned this past week that we are often hard to find and we are living a life envied by others.  I do believe we live a blessed life, but we, like everyone else, have our own set of challenges.    You have to decide, for you, what is a priority, and what is not.  We make choices so that we can spend our resources traveling.  We also don't always travel lavishly.  Sometimes, of course we do! However,  most of the time, we focus on minimizing our expenses so we can travel more.   All that is needed for a 6 day Work Trip! Our June is looking to be an adventure in Travel.  Plus I am still committed to my Yoga Teacher Training and daily practice.  So how does this all work? Weekend Yoga Retreat at Yogi Hari's Ashram

A Perfect Sunset from the Ashram As you may know, I spent 2-Weeks at the b eginning of September at Yogi Hari's Ashram in Miramar Florida. It was an amazing experience where I had an opportunity to grow both emotionally and spiritually. I joined the Ashram and plan to make regular return trips.  I am returning on  January 25-27 2020  and invite you to join me.  The full itinerary is below. The Ashram prepares our meals which are primarily Vegan. They can accommodate gluten allergies. Meat and alcohol are not allowed at the Ashram. We will stay on the Ashram grounds, in rooms that sleep 4 - 6 people, with shared bathrooms. The cost is $200 and you pay through the FMB Yoga Project website.
